Dear Jo,
It’s that time of year again! Pride is coming up—June 11th—and your presence is critical to GLAD’s future success! The more visible GLAD can be, the more people will learn about their legal rights and about GLAD’s resources, including its legal hotline. But we can’t do it without YOUR help! We need numbers—BIG numbers of us, our families and our friends.
The GLAD Team will be meeting at Copley Square at about 11am and will be traveling through the South End to the Boston Common. If you’d like to be a part of the fun, all you have to do is bring your smile, we’ll provide the snazzy GLAD t-shirt. Please let us know if we can help you with special accommodations.
We hope you can join the GLAD Team on June 11th. Please e-mail our Outreach Director, Alexis Hill by June 3rd, to tell us you’d like to be a part of the GLAD Pride Team. Be sure to let us know how many supporters you can bring with you. (Everyone will get a t-shirt!).
Remember, there’s POWER in numbers!
