Gay Pride

This blog is very slow going because I have much to say about my life on the outskirts of society's parameters.

All I have to say though, must be said with great care and concern for any potential back lash.

I am writing this on the eve of gay pride in my town. Tomorrow I will not be here to participate but last year I did.

10,000 revelers came to our town in 2004 to show their lifestyle and strenghth of numbers.

My sister and I participated in the parade riding on her scooter. It was a charge to see everyone waving at us as we rode by. The children on the sidelines struck a major chord. How fantastic for them to see love being celebrated and accepted.
